Steven Seagal

Sometimes life puts you in the way of Steven Seagal, and what’s a girl to do but to take a picture with the man.

How do you relish one last evening?

Sometimes I just sit by the window.

It’s time to say goodbye to an uneventful stay in Old Town, Alexandria. Initially, I was going to stay for a week, but my boss asked me to stay an extra week. He bribed me with continuing stay in a very nice hotel where everyone knows my name. Well, the front-desk guy, Abdullah, knows my name.

At any rate, here are a handful of photos from a short walk around Old Town at dusk.

View from our Washington, D.C. office

Greeting from the nation’s capital.

For the next week, I’ll be working out of my company’s D.C. office. Unlike in Phoenix, I get a whole office for myself. And here’s the view:

That’s Alexandria City Hall. Off to a full week of work, and hopefully some fun too!
